Production and Shipping

Our products are custom-made specifically for you. Production begins soon after you place your order and typically your items are produced within two to four business days. You'll receive a notice and tracking number when your items are shipped. You can check the tracking number for updates at any time, but you will also receive an email notification the morning your order is out for delivery. Shipping time is typically three to four days, so with production and shipping, most orders arrive within 7 to twelve days of ordering. 

Standard shipping and handling is $4.95 for apparel orders totaling up to $34.99 and $7.95 for orders from $35 to $69.99. (There is a "peak season" surcharge of $1 per order from October 15 until January 17. This surcharge helps offset the increases our US carriers like the USPS and DHL apply during this time.) Please note that to ensure delivery in time for the Christmas Holiday, orders must be placed by December 10.

We are pleased to offer free shipping for all U.S. orders of $70 or more. If your order includes multiple products, they on occasion may arrive in separate packages.

At the current time - we are only shipping products within the United States.
