Apparel including Tees, Tanks, Hoodies, and Sweats:

• Machine wash our products inside out, in cold to lukewarm (100F, 38C) water with like colors.
• Do not use chlorine bleach.
• Tumble dry low heat or hang dry.
• Do not dry clean.
• Do not iron design.
• Review the laundry care symbols on the product label.

Caps and Hats:

• Hand-washing is recommended
• If necessary, wash caps with similar colored clothing in cold to lukewarm water using the gentle cycle.
• Do not use chlorine bleach.
• Air dry hats on a head-shaped object or wad up a hand towel and place inside the cap and place upright to dry.

Our products are custom-made specifically for you. Production begins soon after you place your order and typically your items are produced within two to four business days. You'll receive a notice and tracking number when your items are shipped. You can check the tracking number for updates at any time, but you will also receive an email notification the morning your order is out for delivery. Shipping time is typically three to four days, so with production and shipping, most orders arrive within 7 to twelve days of ordering. 

Standard shipping and handling is $4.95 for apparel orders totaling up to $34.99 and $7.95 for orders from $35 to $69.99. We are pleased to offer free shipping for all U.S. orders of $70 or more.

Please note that if your order includes multiple products, they on occasion may arrive in separate packages.

At the current time - we are only shipping products within the United States.

If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days after arrival for an exchange or refund. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return
shipping.

Our return policy is limited to 14 days after receiving your order and your item must be returned new; unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Please note that Sale items are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
